Fender Hot Rod Deville 212 electric guitar valve amplifier in St Austell, Cornwall for sale

I am selling my beloved Fender Hot Rod Deville 212 all valve electric guitar amplifier (circa Sept 2002). It is an extremely reliable and versatile amp and has been able to hand rock, blues, funk and jazz gigs with no issues or tone worries. It's been a real work horse and has never let me down in all the time I have owned it. It's been well looked after and has always been kept dry in doors over night and has always been stored and transported in its flight case. It is in excellent condition. It weighs in at 24.2kg but comes with flight case with wheels so easy to transport to and from gigs. The flight case lid also makes a handy amp stand at gigs should you need it.(The flight case itself has a few knocks and scratches as you'd expect from being transported - see pictures). All services, mods and repairs have been carried out by a professional technician which includes a conversion to 240v operation. It is a very loud amp so I also had the 6v6 mod carried out to tame the volume. This mod involves converting the amp to use 6V6 output tubes instead of the standard 6L6s which drops the power to 30-35 watts. It's designed to give a sweeter tone and smoother break up. This sale includes a pair of original 6L6 output tubes that share the same bias position and can literally be swapped for the 6V6s if you want to go back to the original 60 watt power.
